Description

A turnbuckle is a device for adjusting the tension or length of ropes or rods. It consists of two threaded eye bolts, one screwed into each end of a small metal frame, one with a left-hand thread and the other with a right-hand thread. The tension can be adjusted by turning the frame on its longitudinal axis, which causes the eye bolts to move closer together or farther apart, changing the distance between their eyes. The IMPA 230568 turnbuckle is made of steel and galvanized for increased durability. It is open type with hooks on both ends. It is M24x350, meaning the frame is 24mm in diameter and 350mm long. It is intended for use with ropes or rods.
