Delivery

We would like to inform you that all of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Rotterdam. 

In addition, you have the option to either collect your goods directly from our warehouse in Rotterdam, or you can use your own courier to pick up your order.

As the recipient of an international shipment, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please be aware that you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once your shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by you as the recipient.

TSS Marine Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we suggest contacting your local customs office for more information. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. This means that if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

We understand that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. To avoid such delays, we strongly recommend providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so that customs can reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before returning it to the sender.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
